Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

At Mentorly, we are committed to protecting children and preventing the spread of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform.

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or encourages CSAE. This includes images, videos, text, links, or discussions related to exploitation of minors.

Users can report CSAE content by:

• Using the in-app "Report" button on posts or profiles.
  
  
• Emailing us directly at info@thementorlyapp.com with relevant details.
  
  

All CSAE reports are:

• Immediately reviewed by our safety team.
  
  
• Escalated to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
  
  
• Result in immediate content takedown and account suspension or ban.
  
  

We fully cooperate with international and local law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations to investigate and prosecute CSAE offenses.

We use both human moderation and automated tools (such as hash-matching and AI detection) to proactively detect and block CSAE content.
